1. Services Provided

We specialize in Roce ceremony planning and traditional Goan band services.

Services include (but are not limited to) venue decoration, ritual management, catering coordination, entertainment, guest management, and on-the-day event support.

Additional services (such as cultural performances, attire coordination, or destination management) may be offered as add-ons at an extra cost.
2. Booking & Payment

A booking confirmation will only be valid once an advance payment/deposit is received.

The balance amount must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other modes specified by us).

Prices may vary depending on customization, event size, and seasonal demand.
3.Cancellation & Refund Policy

All advance payments are non-refundable.

In case of force majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details (venue, guest count, rituals required, etc.) to avoid last-minute issues.

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or venue approvals (e.g., music permissions, alcohol permits, church/community approvals) unless explicitly agreed that we will handle it.

The client is expected to respect timelines for payments and confirmations.
5. Vendor & Third-Party Services

We work with trusted vendors (caterers, decorators, musicians, transport providers, etc.) to deliver your event.

While we coordinate and ensure quality service, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused directly by third-party vendors.

Any disputes with third-party vendors will be mediated by us but resolved between the client and the vendor.
6. Limitation of Liability

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure a smooth event. However, we are not responsible for:

Unforeseen disruptions (e.g., power outages, weather conditions, traffic delays).

Damages, losses, or injuries caused during the event by guests, vendors, or third parties.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific event.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and promotional materials (logos, photos, videos, text) are the property of Feliz Goan Roce Ceremony Planners & Traditional Band.

Clients may share/repost event photos and videos taken by us, provided credit is given.

Unauthorized commercial use of our brand name or materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal details shared with us (names, contact information, event details) will be used strictly for service delivery.
